General terms and conditions

Booking, billing and prices

• In the case of a VAT increase after the reservation has been made, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
• The price includes bed sheets, towels, safe, hairdryer, TV fees, internet access, parking, use of ski room and ski boot dryer.
• The visitor's tax of EUR 1,05 per person (from 14 years) per day is to be paid separately.
• For the final cleaning we charge separately EUR 30,00 - 50,00 per apartment and stay.
• Small dogs: EUR 5,00 per day (please bring a basket or blanket)
• Booking condition: A definitive booking is only valid after receipt of a deposit of EUR 100,00 per apartment. You can make a bank transfer free of charge.

Cancellation conditions

• Cancellations up to 60 days before holiday start - no cancellation costs.
• From 60 to 40 days before arrival the deposit of EUR 100,00 will be retained.
• From 40 days before holiday start 80% of the booked arrangement will be charged.
• From 7 days before holiday start 100% of the booked arrangement will be charged.
• In the event of early departure, the entire booked arrangement will be charged.

Liability, payment and departure

• We assume no liability for illness, accidents, weather or other events beyond our control.
• For organisational reasons, the invoice must be paid on the day before departure.
• You can pay the invoice by bank transfer in advance, by cash payment (amounts up to EUR 2.999,00).
• On departure we ask you to free the rooms and apartments by 10am.
• The rooms and apartments are ready for occupancy from 2pm on arrival.
